The Graduate School, USDA, the Washington, DC, area's premier provider of
adult education, is announcing an opening for an  adjunct faculty member
for _Nature Photography_, offered this Spring quarter (description and link
attached). The class runs Thursday nights, 6-9, from 4/17-6/19 at the
Capital Gallery (600 Maryland Ave., SW, at the L'Enfant Plaza Metro stop).

using color or black and white film. Learn how to use lenses for close-up
shots, natural lighting, artificial lighting and flash, close-up additive
lenses and extension tubes. Understand how any lens can be a close-up lens,
regardless of focal length. Find out how to solve the problem of depth of
field in close-up photography and the use of filters for color and black
and white film, as well as for slides and prints. Field trips are planned.
