Did anyone else notice that Elizabeth Smart's family
shared the copyright on all the posed photos of
Elizabeth taken after her return to her family?

Initially, they had imposed a number of
conditions--one use only, no tabloids, no magazines.
As much as I hate to see anyone impose restrictions on
the press, I admire the family's determination to
protect the girl.
