I had had good experience with them.

I order 35mm film in bulk rolls, two rolls at a time, and specify that I
want the same emulsion number.  They have always dealt with this request.  I
likve about 150miles from NYC, and I can typically expect that delivery will
take about a week via UPS.

I did have one problem several years ago with fogged film - but I concluded
that the problem was that the UPS dude left the box on the driveway next to
the door to the house - black driveway in the afternoon sun in June.  Can't
really blame B&H for that.
