Shyrell, I say this as long as people keep asking. Don't use PhotoFlo for cleaning your photographs. It will eat them alive. Others here have said they've had good results with PEC. You can buy it at most any good photo supply store. A solution of Edwal LFN mixed at one drop to 500 cc (16 oz.) of distilled water may also work, but test it on an expendable photograph first. Once you get your photos clean again, I urge you not to carry irreplaceable ones in you purse or wallet. That is an environment disastrous to photographs filled with dirt, sweat and humidity. Peace!
