Andy,

The "for perpetuity" thing seems vague. Maybe they want it for an identity
device?  They might find another suitable image a Corbis but would they get
it so cheaply and forever?  $200 is about the going rate for quarter-page,
one-time-use editorial pics.  Ask for stock options.
