another suggestion...
The problem with that is that some folks are dead against using a CD with a
sticker label on their machines. It throws them off balance - especially the
super fast ones. A rubber stamp might be a compromise. You could use the ink
pad meant for RC paper available at Porters.
since it is a document cd, and we are artistic fellows,
get a white on top inkjet printable cd, and print in a suitable printer.

or just use a fine felt tip pen, and have some one to hand script the info on it. we bootlegers do it all the time!
( i would better like it, it so hard to find hendwritten materials these days...and how about the contradiction in media!)
