$75 for session and $275 for the enlargement. So it seems that all of his sessions are at the $75 price.

I was guessing the family portraits had a required print purchase (the
web site says something half-suggesting that). It also looks like the
web site is not current with the numbers you give (your $275 + $125
adds up to more than the fee given on the site).
Anyway, good to know more about how a successful portrait photographer
prices.
