Hello all, Just wanted to let you know the exciting news from my perspective that I printed my first b/w enlargements yesterday. I have been scanning (HP photosmart) and printing using computer (888 and later 1280 Epson) for a long time but yesterday, in our printing class, I printed some of the same negatives and the results are amazingly different! I already love the chemical printing way; there are enormous number of possibilities as to how one can manipulate images during print exposure! moreover, it will cost me only $4/hr to utilize this excellent darkroom.. in short I am excited with my first chemical prints and just wanted to share that with you. regards, achal Achal Pashine Pediatric Immunology Center for Clinical Sciences Research, Room 2120 269 Campus Drive Stanford, CA 94305-5164 Tel: 1-650-498-7574 FAX: 1-650-498-6077 ----- Original Message ----- From: "luis" <chilled_delirium@mailstation.com> To: "List for Photo/Imaging Educators - Professionals - Students" <photoforum@ase-listmail.rit.edu> Sent: Friday, October 04, 2002 7:05 AM Subject: Re: > >hi i'm new to the mailing list > > Welcome to Photoforum ! > > -- Luis > >
