Thank you for your patience, PE-II participants !
I am happy to report that the First Circle (C1) membership is now full
and closed. C2 is now open, with eight members already,
and two remaining before it closes. Anyone wishing to join the Postcard
Exchange II is welcome to do so (including lurkers). If anyone needs
the original post with the PE-II "rules", please let me know. C2 has an
international membership, btw.
To join, please send me a PRIVATE (not on this list) email with your
snail-mail address. I will place you in whichever circle is open, and
when it is full, you will be notified privately, with all the necessary
information so you can make preparations to send out your cards.

All who wish to be in two circles and have not told me yet, should do
