I appreciate the comments. You have pointed out
what I failed to see while working this image. This image was shot with a
kodak 620 set at 200 iso under late afternoon light. The "raw" image was more
evenly lit so I pulled the curves way down in PS and performed some history
brush burn as way to darken the shadows in an attempt to bring
the viewer to the center of the flower. In hind-sight I should
have taken the upper right corner down as
well. Thanks, I for one think thats what makes this list
interesting along with all the various images.
