Hi Kostas,

I've sometimes got that kind of panels from the photo amateur magazines.
Chasseur d'images a French revue has a shop selling little photo materials
and they have that kind of target :

If the link doesn't bring you directly to the target, look for the category
named "Tests d'objectifs" and on the left column choose "Lot de 5 mires
tests"  (you need four : one in the middle and one in each corner.
