Hello Photoforum Members, I have a collection of brand new Amherst Media photography books. I also work at a no-kill pet sanctuary - http://www.care4pets.org/ and our pets desperately need some new toys, so I am holding an auction of the books in exchange for pet toys. The titles for auction at this time are: Photographic Lenses Digital Wedding Photography Legal Handbook for Photographers The Art of Bridal Portrait Photography Black and White Landscape Photography Photo Retouching with Adobe Photoshop Handcoloring Photographs Fine Art Children's Photography Traditional Photographic Effects Beginner's Guide to Adobe Photoshop The auction will go like this: Just let me know the title you are interested in and how much you will bid $XX.XX in pet toys for that book (you can send the actual toys or a donation for toys in that amount). At the end of the auction I will let all know who won which book. Current titles and their bids will be listed on Photoforum's bulletin board at the end of each day if bids change. Postage for the soft coverd books runs about $1.75 for media mail. The weight of the books vary a little, but I'll make up the difference if it goes over $1.75.
