As much fun as it is kickballing Bob Blakely, and as much as
he deserves it, these um...activities.... do nothing whatsoever
for anyone not involved, tend to kill the list and suppress
participation by other newbies. This has gone more than far
enough, in my opinion.
BTW, it is the rule that ithe newbie that intros himself,
and then gets to know who the prior listmembers are via
the responses on the list, or by kibbitzing privately. You see,
as important as you are to us (your arrival was foretold by
a blind psychic and his crystal balls), it is a little unrealistic
to have the entire 700+ inmates of this asylum confabulate their
lives for you and every newbie that asks. As for me, I
bum photons from strangers.
