Has anyone in the US been to their Post Office and seen the new 37¢ Masters of American Photography stamps? In a series of 20 stamps, they start with a daguerreotype by Albert Sands Southworth and Josiah Johnson Hawes and end with Minor White's Bristol, Vermont, 1971. On the back of each stamp is a statement about importance of each photographer's contribution to the medium and their vision. If you haven't seen them, ask for them the next time you need stamps.
