Sorry, Richard, the image is still on your hard (C) drive.  Unless you want 
someone to hack in there to look at the image you'll have to put it out on 
the internet somewhere and change the code on the page to refer to it.  <img
src="file:///C:/Digital%20Images/Copyright%20Protection/HighFallsBPolRNY1-01%2

0copy.JPG" is a location on your hard drive.
