It's the magazine published by an American history museum in DC, the Smithsonian Institution. The museum collects everything connected to anything related in any way to the US. The magazine is one of the finest published in this country, in my opinion, and, incidentally, one of the fairest and most honorable to work for as well. As you can see, the person who created the original subject left a letter out of it, so that made it rather more difficult to understand.
