I guess I don't read it that way, which is part of the problem 

I heartily agree that this proposal deserves go away. 

Anyone who wants a little advice on how to communicate with Congress,
feel free to email me offline. I'm certainly going to let them know what
I think about this.

Under the proposed law this would be illegal. But if you reworded the
website 
to say underage models for hire to sell your product or service then you

would be siting on the line between illegal and legal.  The country will
be 
better off if this proposal doesn't get out of the committee.
