I should have been more specific. I was hoping for a compressed file to download and uncompress, because this is part of an automated build process. Downloading the larger installer and manually selecting components doesn't help me.

I think the implication was: use the installer on your computer, pull out the DLL's you need and copy them into your own installer.

If I'm not mistaken, the installer will use all the ssl stuff, so make sure you get all the dll's, there are quite a few.
