Hello Adrian.
First I installed postgresql version 12.6 then for pgadmin4 followed this guide:  https://www.pgadmin.org/download/pgadmin-4-apt/

So, when  try to open pgadmin have the next message:

What packages did you install?

Define open server.

What is the complete text of the actual error message?
