[SERIOUSLY] That is great, I'll look at it when I have more time or need a distraction Reading these lists is good. .Several times I've come across simple things I never knew you could do so easily in Postgres, if at all. Also I'm a lot more wary of casually fiddling with tuning parameters, much more aware of the impact of various types of workloads and interaction with different hardware configurations. Plus, I had never before considered the interaction of RAM, the size of tables and indexes, in the performance of queries -which is embarrassing, as i had been developing using databases for over 20 years before using Postgres!
