what operating system is this under? what sort of storage does this embedded system use for the database?

telling us FINANCIALWHATEVERID > 1000 doesn't really do us much good since we have no idea what your database looks like, or what your code is doing. the log seems to indicate there was a constraint violation just before the exception hit.
