I just re-checked the server in question, and its allowing relaying fine:

%rlytest -f scrappy@postgresql.org -u scrappy@hub.org
hosting.commandprompt.com
Connecting to hosting.commandprompt.com ...
<<< 220 hosting.commandprompt.com ESMTP Sendmail 8.11.6/8.11.6; Sat, 1 May 2004 14:24:26 -0700
>>> HELO svr1.postgresql.org
<<< 250 hosting.commandprompt.com Hello svr1.postgresql.org [200.46.204.71], pleased to meet you
>>> MAIL FROM:<scrappy@postgresql.org>
<<< 250 2.1.0 <scrappy@postgresql.org>... Sender ok
>>> RCPT TO:<scrappy@hub.org>
<<< 250 2.1.5 <scrappy@hub.org>... Recipient ok
>>> DATA
<<< 354 Enter mail, end with "." on a line by itself
>>> (message body)
<<< 250 2.0.0 i41LOQK25097 Message accepted for delivery
>>> QUIT
<<< 221 2.0.0 hosting.commandprompt.com closing connection
rlytest: relay accepted - final response code 221

The funny thing is that the IP reported below is .128, while we're talking
to .129 according to DNS ...
