We are looking for a highly experienced DBA to work onsite and long-term in NYC with our customer, one of the leading companies in the banking/financial industry. This is a full time, long term position with benefits. Relocation package available within the US.
Required skills:
2. Design and implementation method of populating data into Greenplum/PostgreSQL
3. Optimization and tuning of data architecture for performance
4. Analytical and migration requirements definition including documentation
5. Migration strategy for data, functionality, and flows including documentation
6. Data sources and Greenplum/PostgreSQL migrations
7. Operational requirements including management and support
8. Analytical environment design and skills planning
9. Technical and operational expertise on the Greenplum/PostgreSQL Data platform
10. Problem-Solving and Triage expertise on the Greenplum/PostgreSQL Data platform
11. Best practices for architecture, migration and operational aspects of the Greenplum/PostgreSQL Data platform Production and capacity planning
