Documentation on hacker prevention (OSP security flaws) requested

Good morning,
I have been tasked with generating a document outlining best practices for preventing malevolent hackers from corrupting our postgres databases. I'm specifically looking at
the OWASP top 10 security flaws as a guideline.  The top 5 are:
    1. Injection
    2. Broken authentication and Session Management
