Queries about RAQ XTR

Hi all,

I was using raq3 all the time & I want to but a RAQ XTR next rather than raq
4.
Is that a good idea. my servers are mostly used for mail hosting than web
hosting.

And also, pl. let me know whether following utilities are supoorted in RAQ
XTR:

1) Neomail
2) Vsite
3) poprelayd
