Itanium is rare (we've stopped supporting it), but anyone running on AIX is running big-endian POWER. We have multiple product lines that run on AIX. That said, we're typically only looking at the current LTS release.

IBM i would be big-endian POWER too, but I don't know off the top of my head if OpenSSL 3 even has a configuration stanza for i.
