SSlv2 is a bug, not a feature :) Perhaps less flippantly, OpenSSL 1.0.2 is a long-term supported release and fully supports SSLv2 if configured to do so. So OpenSSL can still claim to be a full-featured TLS and SSL toolkit with a straight face.
