openssl 1.0.2g build linking to wrong libs -- 'system' instead of 'own'. How to correct?

Didn't realize that I'd need to rpath a package within its own build. 
Appears libssl & libcrypto are functionally separate builds, and the 
rpath's needed.

Not sure why you wouldn't want the rpath as default, so as to link using 
the libs you "just built".

In any case, works as advertised.
