How to fix OpenSSL 1.0.1q Windows x86_64 build failure?

Thank you very much for your response. I believe you are right.

As I am new to OpenSSL, I don't know how to check what is updated in commit
9501418ea2287658d1a11ce888ff97fa49e9164d. 

I could not even find the commit in the list:
http://git.openssl.org/?p=openssl.git;a=shortlog

I wonder if you could show me what is updated in the commit or let me know
how to check it? Your help is appreciated.
