Bug(?) in 1.0.2a: Target Already defined

Evening.

I have no Idea why MailMan changed some of the Text. But yes, I always use 2 ASCII minus Characters.

Seems I have to go back to a 1.0.1 Version and hope that it will be fixed one Day.

I imagine that non-ASCII character is some sort of ndash inserted
by an overeager MUA. Anyway the syntax is:

./Configure --prefix=$PWD/dist ..

use two ASCII minus characters.
