The list archive at
http://lists.infradead.org/pipermail/openconnect-devel/2014-July/002047.html should also let you reply (click my email address at the top, which deceptively will actually compose a message back to the *list*.

Both ought to get threading headers correct, so your messages don't get
trapped for moderation like the onw I'm replying to now.

Yes, although hopefully GetVolumeInformationByHandleW is the last such
function. I just pushed a fix for that to the git tree too:

I have a suspicion that your next message is going to tell me that
non-ASCII characters in passwords and usernames aren't supported very
well. I'm working on that... :)
