I am unable to compile NNTPCACHE for BSDI 2.0.  I have tried version
1.0.3 and version 1.0.7.1.  Which version should I be attempting to use?

I am new to nntpcache, and it seems the ftp site listed in the
documentation (ftp.nntpcache.org) is unavailable.  Where should I be
downloading the latest and greatest for nntpcache?
