Hi,

Here is a transcript of a telnet to the nntp port:
200 foo.bar.net NNTPcache server V1.0.7.1 Jul 21 1997 ready (posting ok).
group alt.yoga
211 59 10719 10777 alt.yoga
stat 10770
223 10770 <5r23nf$uti@news.aus.world.net> status
next
223 10720 <5qer42$e1l$1@gte1.gte.net> Article retrieved; request text separately.

It appears that the STAT doesn't set the curent article pointer as it
should. Is this a bug?

Going to church does not make a person religious, nor does going to
school make a person educated, any more than going to a garage makes a
person a car.
