NNTPC: ":" in a path

I just noticed I goofed earlier...  Somehow on the machine I was on
earlier, it looked like it was ".".  I'm on a different mail package
now.

That said...   my PS still aplies, but it is possible that while I
was testing I had :119 in the configuration file.  I'll watch for
more notices.
