I've had to turn off logging on two server installs now (one built on a Debian system from source, one from FreeBSD ports) because nntpcache seems to love filling logfiles with crap such as: May 29 17:38:11 eon nntpcache-client[1612]: xover.c:727:Operation not permitted: unable to open/create/fstat 'news.clara.net/.../1630208_xover' May 29 17:38:11 eon nntpcache-client[1612]: xover.c:732:Bad file descriptor: unable to lockex 'news.clara.net/.../1630208_xover' Operation not permitted?
