Is the radius auth code known to be broken? Is that why AUTHINFO was misspelled as AUTINFO in librad.c? the radius authentication code never quite worked exactly right; it generated incorrect mangled passwords that the merit radius daemon would not accept. i am currently trying to get the merit radius code to build in nntpcache, rather than the freebsd libradius code, as the merit client code *does* work. the above error is a mistake that should be fixed. it should fix the compile problems that <dustinh@teleport.com> has seen.
