I couldn't understand the real capabilities of NOCEM and how to enable it and couldn’t find documentation on the subject. - Is there a way to automatically prevent multi-postings for identical adv messages to different newsgroups? - How can I add banned header content (from, subject,...) to spam.filter? - How to configure newshound.conf and does it include any anti-spam capabilities?
