  The only way to improve cache efficiency is to get a bigger cache.  A
1.7 GB hard drive, assuming the entire thing is used for nntpcache, is a
joke for any serious nntpcache use.  I used 16GB (4 x 4GB) and isn't
enough, but my cache hit rate is much higher.
