I do not. I think your news providor is going too far. Complain with
them that they use abnormal policies. But i don't get it completely,
they *do not offer access to the active file* ?? Then nobody can read
news with them ! Isn't this the news-feed vs. news-read issue ? Explain
to them that you no longer want a feed but instead want read access.
