Of course people who aren't using Linux should probably ignore changes outside
src.  This patch is the one used to produce the Debian GNU/Linux binary
package, that's why it has all these changes.

The Makefile changes are due to a newer version of automake/autoconf, since
the one included in the original nntpcache didn't work correctly when I tried
to do distclean.

Just ignore all changes outside src.
