Bug report: Under FreeBSD, the make install target for the innreport section seems to have a bug. INSTALL_SCRIPT is made a copy of INSTALL_PROGRAM, which contains the -s option to install(1) and thus trys to run strip on the files (shell scripts here, not binary files) and fails. Manually setting INSTALL_SCRIPT to exclude the -s flag allows the install to work correctly.
