Suppose you want your station 10.8.37.4 and one whole C-adress 
195.109.144.xx have cab access via HTTP the stats page. Add in 
/usr/local/etc/nntpcache/nntpcache.access (on linux) the following. 

10.8.37.4     <hhtp>   read,quick
195.109.144.* <http>   read,quick
