Some do, but if you leave it blank, the first INN server you hit adds its
Org. The ISP wants it to be HIS and *NOT* the upstream site. I will
have patches against the .88 code available later today. I would like to
add an 'artOrgOverride' boolean that would force the configured
Organization: line to be used, but at this point it is more than trivial.
