Hi,

You copy the patch out of the mail, open a <whatever>.patch file in your editor, paste it in there, save the file and then use, the patch command with that file as input.

There might be tools that make that easier but they might need some setup, this is clearly the easiest if it's a one shot thing. Maybe some mail clients allow you to save the file directly
