There are lot's out there. I have listed below the ones that helped me.

1 - The Linux Programming Interface: A Linux and UNIX System Programming Handbook  by Micheal Kerrisk who is the man pages maintainer

2 - Linux From Scratch

3 - How Linux Works

4 - Xv6, a simple Unix-like teaching operating system

5 - Advanced Linux Programming

6 - Linux Networking
