Hi...

This might be not too optimal, but I just checked that Qemu or KVM has
option(s) to simulate NUMA. Try to evaluate it.

BTW, if you specificly goes to scheduler, I think your quad core will
do just fine.

Unless, you have very specific goal in mind...........
