Sorry if I can't provide insights here. The "reset" messages are ones
that made me suspect it is a hardware problem. Could be the NIC, or
the slot (if it is non built in NIC) etc.

Let's see if kernel upgrade helps you, since you're using stock
CentOS/RHEL kernel.
