Please consult a lawyer as to if this is really a proper separation that
will hold up to the GPL requirements of the kernel.

Thanks greg for the suggestion. Companies manager are looking into those legal matters. I as a developer have been told to work on U-K & K-U communication mechanism. Would love to have your suggestion as to how to go about it?
