Just look at the code in the kernel tree and see:
	git log drivers/staging/rtl8192e/

> lspci -nn shows:

Then email those people and ask.  Try reporting bugs to your distro as
well, they should be the ones to handle them unless you are using a
kernel.org built kernel.
