Yeah, unfortunately, I'm constrained to use that kernel version by the hardware that I've got. A third party has configured the kernel to support their hardware and they do not support later kernel versions on it, alas. There have been attempts to run more recent kernels on their hardware, but there are reports of things (like USB ports) no longer working. Anyone have experience with this old kernel?
